Basel Badawi, D.M.D.
Dr. Badawi is a graduate of Boston University School of Dental Medicine. He is committed to providing his patients with only the best care possible and offers a variety of restorative and preventative dental services. He enjoys all aspects of general dentistry but his passion is Cosmetic Dentistry. Creating smiles that gives his patients much deserved self-confidence and joy is why Dr. Badawi loves his profession. He is the leader of the Unique Dental Care team and greatly admired and respected by his entire team. He is the reason that the Unique Dental Care team is truly unique! Dr Badawi was the Chair of the New Dentists Committee from 2002-2004 for the Massachusetts Dental Society and was named the Volunteer Hero of the Massachusetts Dental Society, 2004.

Jenny Kim, D.M.D. 
Dr. Kim graduated from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2005. While in school, she was chosen for the Honors Externship Program at Salud Health Centers, where she received extensive training in oral surgery and gained valuable experience in treating pediatric patients. In 2005, she received the American Academy of Orofacial Pain Award.
After graduation she joined a group practice in Worcester, MA and worked as the Managing Clinic Director for 5 years. She has made it her goal to always provide excellent dental care for her patients by listening to their needs, educating them, and developing the best treatment plans catered to each individual. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, eating and cooking foods from different cultures.
She is an active member of the following several organizations:

Thomas R. Ollerhead, D.M.D.
Specialist in Endodontics
Dr. Thomas R. Ollerhead received his Bachelor's of Dental Surgery from the University of London and his Licentiate Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons in 1974. After completing a Residency at King's College Hospital in London, he practiced dentistry in the United Kingdom, Kenya and Saudi Arabia for a period of 10 years.
In 1994 he moved to Boston and attended Boston University's Goldman School of Graduate Dentistry where he received his certificate of advanced graduate studies in Endodontics in 1996. During this time he also completed his DMD from Boston University.
In 1996 he became the Director of Pre-Doctoral Endodontics at Boston University. During this time he worked part time in private practice. In 2001 he became the Clinical Director of Post-Doctoral Endodontics at Boston University.
Dr. Ollerhead has been a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics since 2001. He has published numerous articles in professional journals and has lectured extensively around the world on the topic of Endodontics.
Dr. Ollerhead is an active member of American Association of Endodontists, American Dental Association, and Massachusetts Dental Society and is the current President of the Massachusetts chapter of the American Association of Endodontists.
Dr. Ollerhead lives in Westwood MA, with his wife Jane and their three children.
Hidetada Moroi, D.M.D.
Specialist in Periodontics
Dr. Moroi is a graduate of Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and holds a Certificate in Advanced Education Program in Periodontology from Tufts University. He is on the staff of 3I, Implant Innovations, Inc. in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. He performs all periodontal and implant surgeries for the Unique Dental Care Team in Marlboro. He has published numerous articles in trade journals and presents at several dental seminars.
Marinete Silva, R.D.H.
Marinete is a graduate of Middlesex Community College. She was the recipient of the Clinical Excellence Award in 2004 for her outstanding clinical performance. As a Registered Dental Hygienist, she is experienced in treating pediatric and adult hygiene patients. She believes that patient education is an integral part of complete dental care and is always able to make her patients feel at ease during their visits.
D'Arc Barreto, R.D.H.
D'Arc is a graduate of Quinsigamond Community College. She is a hygienist and the Patient Care Coordinator for our Unique Dental Care Team. She loves all aspects of hygiene care and is tremendously skilled is education of all clinical procedures and overall dental health. She makes your dental cleaning an enjoyable experience.
Ryana Dutra, R.D.H.
Ryana is a graduate of Quinsigamond Community College. As a Registered Dental Hygienist, she is experienced in treating adults and children. She holds a license to administer local anesthesia. She truly enjoys dentistry and educating her patients on the benefits of oral health habits. She makes having a dental cleaning an enjoyable experience.
Bridget Barney, R.D.H.
Bridget received her degree in Dental Hygiene from the Community College of Rhode Island in 2007. She also has a B.F.A. in Art Education from the University of Massachusetts. As a Registered Dental Hygienist, she enjoys treating pediatric and general hygiene patients. Bridget is warm, friendly and energetic and loves the overall treatment of hygiene patients. She particularly enjoys the education aspect and explaining the benefits of good oral health. In her free time, Bridget enjoys exercise, yoga, art and music. Most of all, Bridget enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Fernanda Tavares
Office Manager and Financial Coordinator
Fernanda has been a key member and a joy to work with at Unique Dental Care since the year 2000. She worked herself up to the manager position while she was attending her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Currently she is pursuing her MBA degree at Framingham State College. Fernanda is pleasant, multi-tasked, friendly, kind and sincere with all patients at our practice. She provides a personable welcoming experience that is so necessary in our practice. She is responsible for the daily operations of the Unique Dental Team and is highly respected amongst both staff and patients alike. Fernanda is fluent in English and Portuguese and is always available to answer any questions that may arise before, during and after treatment.
Aline Carvalho-Roberts
Insurance Coordinator

Tarcilla Magalhaes
Treatment Coordinator
Tarcilla is a graduate of Framingham State College with a degree in Business Administration. She is a key member at Unique Dental Care in coordinating treatment plans for our patients. Her caring personality and professionalism will make your visit informative and pleasant. She is available anytime to answer any questions you may have before, during or after your dental visit.
Cori Dauksz
Cori has been a member of the Unique Dental Care team since 2005. She is certified in radiology, CPR and has many other clinical certifications. She loves all aspects of dentistry, especially helping patients get a beautiful smile.
Nathalia Simoes
Nathalia has been a member of Unique Dental Care for more than three years. In this time, she has worked along with the endodontist. She is currently attending school for Dental Hygiene. She is fluent in English and Portuguese. She is very caring and always attentive to the patients' needs. She is knowledgeable and always willing to learn new things.
Samara Souza
Samara has recently joined Unique Dental Care bringing along with her nine years of experience in Dental Assisting. She is certified in radiology as well as fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish. Her caring and kind personality will make your visit to Unique Dental Care a memorable one.
Mayara Jordani
Mayara has been a member of Unique Dental Care for four years. As the Online Reputation Manager, Mayara has increased the office's online visibility through constant developments and updates to the website, as well as social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, along with many others.
After graduating from Malboro High School in 2010 Mayara continues working for the office while attending Western New England University in Springfield, Massachusetts. When back in Malboro for Summer and Winter breaks, Mayara continues her work back in the office. Mayara is a major asset to the office as she contributes to the growing image and reputation of Unique Dental Care.
